Tiles appear the moment a camera fires an alert — newest first. Judge quickly, dismiss often; escalate the few that matter.
On a tile (click to select it first)
D ✓ Dismiss — clears the alert. It stays gone until that camera fires a genuinely new alert.
T Track ▸ — opens the TRACKING WALL: this camera plus its 8 nearest live cameras. Every Track press steers the same tracking window, so you can follow a moving subject alert by alert. Does not dismiss the alert.
↵ Escalate → Map — hands the camera to the OpsMap dispatch panel and clears the tile here.

Header controls
PAUSE — stop accepting new alerts (tiles already up stay put). CLEAR ALL — wipe every tile right now. The active counter is how many alerts are on the wall.
Automatic behaviour
A camera that fires non-stop is auto-muted briefly so chatter can't flood the wall. Nothing is ever lost — dismissed and missed alerts stay in the alert history (recall via Investigate on the live wall).
Tick what each desk watches. A desk shows a camera if any of its ticks match it — zone or client or site. Overlap between desks is redundancy, not conflict.
Assign zones to each screen on the video wall and toggle screens on/off. Changes apply live to every open screen on this machine instantly (and, in live mode, to screens on other machines via the control channel). Set a screen to Specific zones, Everything else (catches any zone not claimed by another screen), or All zones. Turn a screen off to silence it during an alert flood.
Checks every camera in the register against every desk's saved layout (not just this desk): which desk would show its alert. Run it after changing any desk's ticks or zones. A camera covered by no desk is invisible during an incident.
